Endometriosis Patients with Infertility Treatment Analysis of 341 Cases of Pregnancy Cases

Objective To explore the laparoscopy combined with medical treatment of endometriosis with infertility clinical value.Methods from 2005 to 2009 our hospital endometriosis 341 cases of infertility were randomly divided into three groups and given different methods of treatment and compared their clinical efficacy.Results A group、B group and control group Ⅰ、Ⅱ of endometriosis patients with infertility treatment outcome in patients compared to both(P0.05).A group Ⅲ、Ⅳ of endometriosis patients with infertility treatment outcome in patients with the B group and control group(χ2=13.31、12.84),both P0.05 statistically significant difference.Conclusion Combined laparoscopic treatment is the treatment of triptorelin acetate phase Ⅲ、Ⅳ of endometriosis infertile patients the best.
