The Evaluation on Establishment of Endometriosis Model in Rats

Objective To establish the model of rats endometriosis and explore its evaluation methods.Methods The model of rats endometriosis was established by operation. Observe the morphologic modification, and detect the level of EMAB, estradiol and progesterone.Results Comparing with the sham operation group and Danazole group(P0.01),the positive rate of EMAB and the content of estradiol and progesterone in the model group were higher(P0.01).Pathological observation showed that in model group the ectopic endometrium gland lumems were dilatant and the glandular epithelium was cylindric or cubic, Whereas in the Danazol group the lumems of gland and glandular epithelium were obviously atrophic.Conclusion The operation to establish the endometriosis model in rats provides a simple,low priced and depentable method for the study of drug action.
