The pharmacoeconomic analysis of three schemes in treatment of endometriosis using laparoscopy

OBJECTIVE To analyze the cost of three schemes in treatment of endometriosis using laparoscopy.METHODS To calculate the rate of effectiveness after sorting out the data of three ways treatment.Group1:laparoscopy with danazol;Group2:laparoscopy with mifepristone;Group3:laparoscopy with gestrinone,then using pharmacoeconomic method,cost,effectiveness analysis was carried out.RESULTS The C/E(cost/effectiveness)of the three groups were 11.23,4.66,14.41 respectively.Compared with group2,ΔC/ΔE of group1 and group3 were 503.82,196.03 respectively;Compared with group1,ΔC/ΔE of group3 was 31.61.CONCLUSIONS The scheme for group2 is the best one.
