Observation on the Clinical Effect and Safety of Mifepristone in the Treatment of Patients with Endometriosis

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect and safety of mifepristone in the treatment of patients with endometriosis.Method:82 patients with endometriosis were selected as the research object from February 2013 to January 2015,and they were randomly divided into control group(gestrinone treatment group,n=41)and observation group(mifepristone treatment group, n=41),then the total treatment effective rates of different r-AFS stages,incidence of adverse reaction and serum VEGF and its receptors indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total treatment effective rates of the observation group with different r-AFS stages were all higher than those of the control group,the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group,the serum VEGF and its receptors after the treatment were all lower than those of the control group,the differences were all significant(P0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of patients with endometriosis is better,the safety is higher,and it has better control role for the related blood indexes of disease.
