Abstract

Objective To investigate the suitable protocol after GnRH agonist down-regulation treatment during in vitro fertilization-embryo(IVF-ET)on endometriosis patients associated with infertility. Methods 35 patients receiv-ed IVF-ET were included in this study A.After 3 month,15 patients were in group A,who were received Gn treatment on the third day of menstrual cycle;20 patients were in group B,who were received Gn treatment on the 28th day after the last injection day.80 infertility patients with tubar factor were in the control group(group C).Results There were no significant difference among the three groups on age, infertility time, implantation rate and gestation rate(0.05).There were significant differences among three groups on treatment time of Gn and E2 level on the injection day(0.05).There were no significant differences among three groups on the number of ovum, fertilized ovum and im-planted embryo(0.05).Conclusions Controled ovarian hyperstimulation on the third day of menstrual is advised after GnRH agonist down-regualtion of emdometriosis patients.
