Abstract
患者女,46岁.因右下腹阵发性坠胀痛1个月于2008年7月5日入院.无恶心呕吐、腹泻.月经正常,无痛经史.体检:右下腹轻压痛,其余无异常.妇科检查:右侧附件可触及约7 cm×8 cm包块,边界清楚,活动好,轻压痛,肛诊阴性.余无异常。
