Clinical significance of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in endometriosis

Abstract
目的 探讨血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症(EM)诊疗中的意义.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法动态检测25例EM患者和25例非EM患者手术前后血清中VEGF的含量. 结果 EM患者术前血清中VEGF水平明显高于非EM患者(P＜0.01),Ⅲ～Ⅳ期EM患者血清VEGF水平高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P＜0.01),术后EM患者血清VEGF水平迅速下降,2例术后3个月复发患者的血清VEGF水平呈增高趋势. 结论 血清VEGF在EM发病中起着重要作用,并可作为评价EM临床疗效及病情转归的重要指标。
