Expressions of estrogen recepotor,progesterone receptor and bcl-2 in adenomyosis uterus

Objective To investigate the expssions of ER,PR and bcl-2 in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis uterus.Methods The expressions of ER,PR and bcl-2 in 20 cases of normal endometrium,58 cases of adenomyosis uterus were detected by immunohistochemistry pv-9000 method.Results Both the eutpic and ectopic endometrium in 58 cases shoued positive for ER、PR and bcl-2(P0.05).The strong positive rate in the eutopic endometrium was significantly higer than that in the stroma cells(P0.05).The positive experession rate in proliferative phase than the secretory phase,thore was a significance difference(P0.05).The expression of bcl-2 increased significantly in ectopic endometrium was slightly than those in eutopic endometrium(P0.05).The expression of ER and PR had a positive correlation with the expression of bcl-2(P0.01).Conclusion ER,PR and bcl-2 may play an important roles in promoting the development of adenomyosis.
