Abstract

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of transvaginal type and laparoscopic type in treating ovarian cysts.Methods:96 cases of ovarian cysts were divided into the vagina group(n=48)and the peritoneoscope group(n=48).Surgery time,the volume of blood and the technique posterior intestine function to restore the time were observed in two groups.Results:Two groups of volume of blood had no significant difference(P0.05).The surgery time,postoperative exhaust time and length of stay in laparoscopic group were shorter than those of transvaginal group(P0.05).Conclusion:Two types of transvaginal surgery and laparoscope treating ovarian cysts have the advantages respectively.We should master the surgical indications individually and properly to achieve the best effect by the smallest wound.
