Abstract
Objective To observe the adenomyosises clinical effect by Tongyu recipe. Methods 100 cases of patients were randomly distributed in two groups,50 in the experimental group and 50 in the control group. The experimental group was given Tongyu recipe. While the control group was given Guizhi Fuling capsules. The clinical effect and the serum estradiol was recorded. Results The total effectiveness ratio of the experimental group is 100%. While the total effectiveness ratio of the control group is 80%.There was significant difference in clinical effect between the two groups(P 0.05). Conclusion The adenomyosis patients,given Tongyu recipe,can get better clinical effect. Furthermore, the experimental group can make the serum estradiol redue.
