Abstract
Objective:To study the etiological factor and therapy for chronic pelvic pain through laparoscopy.Methods:A retrospective review of 92 patients with chronic pelvic pain managed between Januany 2000and July 2004.Results:The common cause of chronic pelvic pain include endometriosis,adenomyosis,pelvic adhesion,chronic pelvic inflammation,pelvic congestion syndrome etc.Conclusions: The etiological factor of chronic pelvic pain is complicated,Laparoscopy may be effectively used in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pelvic pain.
