Abstract
Objective To investigate the methods and advantages of total laparoscopic hysterectomy(TLH) with EREB electrosurgery station. Methods 264 cases of TLH using EREB electrosurgery station were analyzed retrospectively. The average age of the patients was 48.5 years old(40~67).Of the 264 cases,188 cases had uterine myoma,44 cases had adenomyosis,1 case had refractory dysfunctional uterine bleeding,13 cases had atypical endometrial hyperplasia,86 cases had history of surgery on lower abdomen. Results Operations were completed successfully in all 246 cases.2 cases who had history of surgery on lower abdomen and severe pelvic adhesions were conversed to open surgery.1 case was found bladder perforation which was repaired by laparoscopic operation.2 cases who had ureteral-vagina fistula after surgery were cured by setting double-J tube with ureteroscope. Conclusion TLH with EREB electrosurgery Station is a safe, reliable procedure to remove uterus.
