Abstract

Chronic pelvic pain is a frequent symptom among adolescents. It is defined as a cyclic or non-cyclic, intermittent or constant discomfort in the pelvic area that lasts for at least 3-6 months. The diagnosis and management is sometimes complicated, so, it is often frustrating for patients, parents and the treating physician.
