Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical feature of endometriosis. Methods Retrospectively analysized the clinical data of 150 cases of endometriosis patients in our hospital from Feb.2000 to Jan.2008. Results Among the 150 cases of endometriosis patients,there were 60 cases of adenomyosis,71 cases of exterior type EM,19 cases of mixed typed EM. Dysmenorrhea,abnormal menstruation,chronic pelvic cavity ache,acyesis were the main symptoms of EM, other symptoms included dyspareunia, acute bellyache, fever(usually low fever), intestinal tract and urinary tract symptoms,some had many kinds of symptoms at the same time,some patients had no symptoms. Conclusion EM has diversity of clinical features,to generally analyze the medical history,symptoms and physical sign,then can increase the diagnosis rate.
