Abstract

Objective To study estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, epidermal growth factor receptor in the adenomyosis expression,as well as ER,PR,EGFR and AM pathogenesis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect 40 cases of patients with adenomyosis endometriosis, ectopic endometrium and 40 cases of normal endometrial tissue in ER,PR and EGFR expression. Results In ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis group, ectopic endometrial tissue in ER,PR expression level was significantly lower than that in normal endometrium, ectopic endometrial tissue in ER,PR expression without periodic change, and ectopic endometrium and normal endometrial tissue ER,PR expression were consistent with the proliferative phase than in the secretory phase.Ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis group, ectopic endometrial tissue in the expression level of EGFR was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium and ectopic endometrium tissues, the expression level of EGFR was significantly higher than that in ectopic endometrium. Conclusion In those Patients with adenomyosis of ectopic endometrial tissue ER,PR is expressed at low levels, which may be against hormone response to drug therapy causes differential. In those patients with adenomyosis, the expression level of EGFR in EGFR were enhanced, prompting in adenomyosis occurrence development EGFR plays an important role for targeted biological therapy, which may provide a new target point.
