The influence of Guizhifuling capsule on rehabilitation of patients with endometriosis after operation

Objective To analyze the influence of Guizhifuling capsule on serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in patients with endometriosis after operation.Methods According to digital table,100 patients with endometriosis after operation were randomly divided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases).The patients in the control group were treated through mifepristone,while the patients in the observation group were treated through Guizhifuling capsule.They were all treated for three months.VEGF and MMP-2 were detected before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 92％ in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 84％ in the control group (x2 =4.16,P ＜0.05).After treatment for three months,serum levels of VEGF and MMP-2 were both decreased in two groups (t =2.009,4.432,25.600,19.064,all P ＜0.01).Compared with the control group,the decrease of VEGF and MMP-2 in observation group were more significant (t =21.783,13.112,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Guizhifuling capsule can improve the symptoms of patients with endometriosis by reducing the expression of VEGF and MMP-2.
