Abstract
The extraction of deeply impacted mandibular third molars could commonly cause the inferior alveolar nerve injury. This case is to share an innovative approach of coronectomy combined with segmental orthodontic appliances to remove impacted teeth which can reduce the risk of inferior alveolar nerve injury and improves periodontal regeneration.
