The editorial team welcomes you to the October 2024–December 204 issue of the Journal of Human Reproductive Sciences which is the final issue for the year. We would like to thank all our peer reviewers as well as the editorial and production team members for their support in publishing all the articles in a timely manner. As an editorial team, we have strived hard to reduce the initial decision time for the submitted manuscript which is an important parameter for the authors while considering submission to any journal. We have also increased the peer reviewer base of the journal and hope to expand it further in the coming year. We are looking forward to receiving our first impact factor in the year 2025. In this new issue, we have eight original articles, one review and a letter to the editor. A review by Tiwari P et al. has explored and summarised the current evidence of Yoga as a complementary method for managing male infertility as well as transforming the reproductive health of the men. In an original study by Tholiya S et al., the authors have attempted to identify the predictors for response to ovulation induction with letrozole in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Continuing our focus on PCOS, Padala Ravi Kumar et al., in their study, have explored the use of various hormonal levels as a tool for diagnosing various phenotypes of PCOS. In the third study on PCOS, Thyagaraju C et al., the authors reported a higher prevalence of antithyroid antibodies in women with PCOS compared to those women without PCOS. In a cohort study by Gunasheela D et al., the authors have reported the data related to utilisation of cryopreserved gametes in India which is quite low and they have highlighted the challenges for fertility preservation. In a study by Bachnas et al., the authors have explored the utility of first-trimester Doppler ultrasound as a predictive tool for pregnancy outcomes in women with recurrent pregnancy loss. In a study by Kubera NS et al. in their study demonstrated no major clinical impact of sperm morphology on the intra uterine insemination (IUI) treatment outcome. In a study by Salehi Z et al. focusing on basic reproductive biology, the authors investigated the role of noncoding RNA in endometriosis. Another study by Mekkawy M et al. explored the role of seminal lactoferrin in infertile men with varicocele. As we come to the end of the year, we are looking forward to receiving scientifically sound and clinically relevant original manuscripts for our journal in the new year. We wish all the readers of our journal a very healthy and peaceful new year.
