High intensity focused ultrasound treatment for adenomyosis: comparison of efficacy based on MRI features
This study found that high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is safe and effective for adenomyosis, with significantly better ablation and symptom relief observed in type III (nodular) adenomyosis compared to other types.
