Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of ovarian endometriosis cysts with laparoscopic treatment. Methods Clinical data of 224 cases of patients with ovarian endometriosis cysts underwent surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively, among whom 113 cases were in the laparoscopic group,111 cases were in the traditional laparotomy group. The intraoperative situation, complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The mean operative time, the amount of bleeding in operation, postoperative analgesic use, postoperative fever time, antibiotic use time and postoperative hospital stays of the laparoscopic group were all less than those of the traditional laparotomy group(P 0.001);significant efficiency rate between the two group were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);there was no incidence of complications such as organ injury, postoperative infection and so on in the two groups;there was significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cysts possesses advantages of less trauma, fewer complications, faster recovery, early ambulation, shorter hospitalization time, which is worthy of promotion in the primary hospital.
