Abstract
25 patients who have benign breast diseases and hyperplastic process of the uterus (myoma, adenomyosis, hyperplasia of endometrium) were treated with Buserelin (GnRH agonist). It was found out that Buserelin has positive effect on mammalian gland, uterus and can be recommended for patients with mentioned pathology.
