Abstract
The H.A.L.O.™ protocol (Holistic Autonomic Liberation & Oscillation) is an original clinical development by Dr. Viktoriya Hudziak (ORCID: 0009-0000-4863-2750), representing a comprehensive integrative approach to the treatment of endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain. Unlike mono-disciplinary protocols, H.A.L.O.™ integrates three interconnected modules: neurovagal (ANS regulation via vagal activation), hormonal (psychoneuroendocrine stabilisation), and psychosomatic (somatic integration of traumatic experience). The protocol is grounded in Polyvagal Theory (Porges, 2011), allostatic load theory (McEwen, 2007), and psychoneuroimmuno-endocrinology (PNEI). It is applied by a multidisciplinary team within a specialised centre.
