Abstract
Infectious pathology of female genital organs is the most urgent problem of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as it is closely linked to inflammatory diseases of the genitals, habitual miscarriage, infertility, chronic pelvic pain, intrauterine infection of the fetus and newborn. In recent years, along with increased overall frequency of salpingoophoritis, and other forms of PID, an increasing number of «erased» (latent) forms, as well as the large number of endometrial pathology has emerged. In situations like this, as a rule, there is no need for hospitalization, but latent forms of salpingoophoritis are not less dangerous than the suppurative processes, because of inadequate treatment of these forms easily pass into a relapse, accompanied by disturbances in the anatomy of the pelvis and the development of chronic pelvic pain. Delayed diagnosis of endometrial pathology leads to hyperplastic processes and other serious violations of the reproductive system. Therefore, the search for new treatments is extremely important.
