Abstract
Endometriosis is a chronic gynecological disease that affects a significant proportion of women of reproductive age, significantly impairing their quality of life. Despite better recognition of the condition in recent years, diagnosis often remains delayed and treatment remains improvable. In this context, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, as community healthcare professionals, play a vital role in supporting patients. The study conducted among pharmacies in Normandy revealed a growing awareness of the issues surrounding endometriosis, as well as training needs to improve knowledge of the disease and its various treatment options. Strengthening the skills of pharmacists and fostering collaboration with other healthcare professionals appear to be major levers for optimizing the patient care pathway.
