The Prevalence and Clinical Impact of Adenomyosis in Pregnancy-Related Hysterectomy
This study found adenomyosis in 13.8% of pregnancy-related hysterectomies and associated it with placenta previa, chorionamnionitis, earlier gestational age at birth, and intrauterine fetal demise in twin pregnancies.
