Observation on the influence of Mifepristone for ovarian function,serum CA125,HE4,CA199 and inflammatory factors of patients with endometriosis

Objective To study and analyze the influence of Mifepristone for ovarian function,serum CA125,HE4,CA199 and inflammatory factors of patients with endometriosis.Methods 80 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from May 2009 to June 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group,the control group were treated with Danazol,the observation group were treated with Mifepristone,then the detection items of ovarian function,serum CA125,HE4,CA199 and inflammatory factors of two groups before and after the treatment at third and sixth month were compared.Results The improvement range of serum CA125,HE4,CA199 and inflammatory factors of observation group after the treatment at third and sixth month were all bigger than those of control group,detection items of ovarian function were smaller than those of control group,there were significant differences(all P 0.05).Conclusion The influence of mifepristone for ovarian function,serum CA125,HE4,CA199 and inflammatory factors of patients with endometriosis is obvious,and it plays an active role in the treatment of disease.
