The Influence of Luoshi Neiyi Recipe on the Endometrial Morphology of Endometriosis Rat Model

Objective To explore the influence of Luoshi Neiyi Recipe on the endometrial morphology of endometriosis rat model and its mechanism.Methods Divided the endometriosis rat models which were made by autologous tissue transpoantation into three groups at random:Luoshi Neiyi Recipe group,danazol group and model group.The morphology changes of ectopic and eutopic endometrium both under general view and light microscope were observed.Results General observation showed that both Luoshi Neiyi Recipe and danazol could inhibite the growth of ectopic endometrium in endometriosis rat models.Light microscope observation showed that atropic changes,fewer glands and smaller lumina of ectopic endometrium could be seen in both Luoshi Neiyi Recipe group and danazol group,however,eutopic endometrium in Luoshi Neiyi Recipe group was basicly the same as nomal endometrium,while that in danazol group was atrophic.Conclusions Luoshi Neiyi Recipe can remarkably restrain the growth of ectopic endometrium,prevent the formation of new blood vessels and prohibit inflammatory response,while the growth characteristics of eutopic endometrial cells stay the same.
