Effect of galvano-acupuncture Guanyuan and Diji therapy on β-Endorphin and Dynorphinof rats endometriosis

Objective:To investigate the analgesia effect of galvano-acupuncture therapy on endometriosis(EMT).Methods:EMT model of rats were set up.30 rats were divided into three groups: normal group,EMT model group,and galvano-acupuncture group.The level of β-EP and DynA1-13in rats pituitary,thalamencephalon and ectopic endometrium were measured.Results:The level of β-EP and DynA1-13 in EMT model group had reduced markedly compared with the normal group;β-EP and DynA1-13increased significantly in the galvano-acupuncture group compared with the model group.Conclusions:Galvano-acupuncture Guanyuan and Dijihad the effect of analgesia function on EMT rats by improving the level of β-EP and DynA1-13.
