A endometriose é uma doença inflamatória crônica associada a sintomas gastrointestinais e psiquiátricos, que acomete mulheres em idade fértil, causando grande impacto na qualidade de vida. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a prevalência de sintomas intestinais e psiquiátricos em mulheres com endometriose. Trata-se de um estudo retrospectivo e descritivo, realizado a partir da análise de 225 prontuários de pacientes atendidas em uma clínica particular em Cascavel (PR), entre janeiro de 2022 e agosto de 2025. Foram avaliadas manifestações intestinais, sintomas neuropsiquiátricos e função evacuatória. Sintomas intestinais estiveram presentes em 95,6% das pacientes, com predomínio de estufamento, constipação e dor à evacuação. Sintomas ansiosos e depressivos coexistiram em 67,6% das pacientes. Os achados sugerem forte associação entre alterações intestinais, manifestações clínicas de dor crônica e sintomas neuropsiquiátricos, reforçando o caráter multifatorial da endometriose e a necessidade de abordagem interdisciplinar.
