In the presence of destructive changes in uterus appendages there is an interest in definition of depth of purulent-destructive process of a uterus, its appendages, and also adjoining organs – intestines, bladder, ureters that defines further treatment tactics. At treatment of the complicated forms of inflammatory diseases of uterus appendages various methods are applied. Surgical methods have leading value. The choice of treatment method is defined by defeat degree of organs inflammatory process, age, displays of clinical symptoms, reproductive plans, presence of accompanying diseases.
