Abstract

The problem of inflammatory diseases in gynecology is one of leading since it is connected with a problem of deterioration the reproductive health and quality of life of women. Overdue recognition of disease conducts to adverse consequences – to untimely treatment and to loss of organs as a result of surgical treatment. In the presence of destructive changes in uterus appendages there is an interest in definition of depth of purulent-destructive process of a uterus, its appendages, and also adjoining organs – intestines, bladder, ureters that defines further treatment tactics. At treatment of the complicated forms of inflammatory diseases of uterus appendages various methods are applied. Surgical methods have leading value. The choice of treatment method is defined by defeat degree of organs inflammatory process, age, displays of clinical symptoms, reproductive plans, presence of accompanying diseases.
