Laparoscopic presacral neurectomy and vaporization of endometriosis for the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea

Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic presacral neurectomy and vaporization of endometriosis for the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrheal.Methods:Laparoscopic presacral neurectomy and vaporization of endometriosis were performed in 21 patients with endometriosis dysmenorrheal.Enucleation and electromyolysis were performed at the same time in patients with chocolate cyst of ovary and adenomyoma.Vaporization of endometriosis was performed in remnants of focus.Symptoms of all patients were investigated after treatment.Results:Complete disappearance of dysmenorrhea was found in 16 patients(76.2%)significantly,alleviated in 4 patients(19%),partially alleviated in 1 patient(4.8%).Pain score and classification were decreased significantly(P﹤0.01).Conclusion:Laparoscopic presacral neurectomy and vaporization of endometriosis are effective and safe methods for the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrheal.
