Abstract
Clinical trials of Lyndiol 2.5 in 854 women (4159 treatment cycles) as a contraceptive and in the treatment of gynecological disorders are reported. Contraceptive efficiency was 100%. Suppression of ovulation was demonstrated by urinary pregnanediol levels and laparotomy (16 women).
