Research progress in premature ovarian failure caused by preparations of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.

Preparations of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.as the immunosuppressor commonly used in clinic had good curative effects in the treatmen to fgynecological diseases,especially uterine fibroids and endometriosis.However,a huge mass of data indicated that it had significant inhibitory effect on femalere productive system,and the manifestations included menstrual disorders or amenorrhoea,hyposexuality,premature ovarian failure(POF).This paper mainly summarized from the clinical and experimental researches of POF induced by Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.,in order to provide a reference for further application of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f..
