Abstract

This dataset originates from a multi-omics study of adenomyosis, a common gynecologic disorder characterized by limited therapeutic options and poorly understood molecular mechanisms. Using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and spatial transcriptomics (ST), we generated a comprehensive cellular and spatial atlas of adenomyosis and further integrated publicly available bulk RNA-seq datasets for comparative analysis.
