Die tief infiltrierende Endometriose kann alle Bauch- und Beckenorgane betreffen. Am häufigsten finden sich die Endometrioseherde im Rektum, jedoch eher selten in Appendix, Coecum oder distalem Ileum. Doch gerade dort sind sie im MRT schwierig zu detektieren. Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war es, herauszufinden, ob sich Endometrioseherde in den rechtsseitigen Darmanteilen mit der CT- bzw. MR-Enterografie besser darstellen lassen.
