Abstract

Objective: To study the value and effect of diagnosis and treatment of the endometriosis by laparoscopy.Methods:The clinical data of 94 patients with endometriosis by laparoscopy were reviewed retrospectively.Results:All laparoscopic operations succeded. The operation time was 30 90 minutes. The bleeding in operation was 5 50 ml. Conclusions: Laparoscopic surgery of endometriosis is less invasive and have completely dissected adhesion as possible. Drug therapy was important after operation for lower recurrence rate.
