Синдром хронічного тазового болю у гінекологічних хворих, лікувально-діагностичні аспекти і реабілітація

Clinical features of chronic pelvic pain in various gynecological diseases: leiomyoma, genital endometriosis, functional ovarian cysts in conjunction with chronic inflammation of the internal genitalis were examined. Inadequate treatment of gynecological patients, which prolongs the pain course of the disease leads to the formation of chronic pelvic pain syndrome, characterized by the depletion of adaptive mechanisms of the CNS, development of psycho-emotional disorders, deterioration in the quality of life and resistance to treatment. Diagnostic algorithm, drug correction and rehabilitation of this widespread contingent of gynecological patients is proposed.
