Abstract

Adenomyosis is a benign tumor with malignant tumor behavior in gynaecology, and its pathogenesis is still not clear at present. In recent years, studies have shown high expression of annexin A2 and vimentin in a variety of tumor cells. Recently the abnormal expression of them was found in adenomyosis, which were both associated with epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Therefore, the preliminary discussion on correlation between the two and the development of adenomyosis is of great significance for clinical treatment and will bring a broad prospect of the drug treatment.
