Abstract
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of KISS-1、MMP-9in adenomyosis.Methods The expression of KISS-1、MMP-9were examined in 40cases of in adenomyosis and 20cases of normal endometrium.Results In adenomyosis and normal endometrium,the positive rate of KISS-1、MMP-9were 52.5% and 75%,62.5%and 30%,respectively,there were significant difference in the positive rates of expressions.Conclusion The expression of KISS-1、MMP-9were positively related to the metastasis and prognosis of adenomyosis,the combined detection of KISS-1、MMP-9is valuable to predicting prognosis and guiding therapy of adenomyosis.
