Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of laparoscopic operation combined with GnRH-αfor serumβ-EP,TGF-β1,MMP,TIMP and Th1 / Th2 of patients with endometriosis and infertility. Methods 35 patients with endometriosis and infertility treated with laparoscopic operation in from June 2012 to February 2013 were the control group,35 cases treated with laparoscopic operation combined with GnRH-αat the same period were the observation group,then the serumβ-EP,TGF-β1,MMP,TIMP and Th1 / Th2 of two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results The serumβ-EP,TGF-β1,MMP,TIMP and Th1 / Th2 of observation group after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,all P0. 05. Conclusion The influence of laparoscopic operation combined with GnRH-αfor serumβ-EP,TGF-β1,MMP,TIMP and Th1 / Th2 of patients with endometriosis and infertility is great.
