Clinical observation on endometriosis treated by replenishing Qi and promoting blood circulation prescription orally and by clysis

Objective]To discuss the clinical effect of the treatment of endometriosis by replenishing Qi and promoting blood circulation prescription taken orally and by clysis(treatment group).[Methods] The treatment group adopted integrated treatment of self-drafted prescription of replenishing Qi and promoting blood circulation and warming and removing the blood stasis taken orally and by clysis as therapy principle,and compared with the group of Chinese herbal medicine taken orally and danazol group.All the patients were treated for3months continuously.Symptoms,signals and the result of B-ultrasound examination were obtained before and after treatment.[Result] There was significant difference of efficiency rate and pregnant rate between the three groups(P0.05).Treatment group had better efficiency rate and pregnant rate than oral group(P0.05).The pregnant rate was superior to danazol group(P0.05).[Conclusion]The prescription of replenishing Qi and promoting blood circulation has satisfactory therapeutic effect on endometriosis.
