Abstract

Objective:To explore the related risk factors of endometriosis in the patients undergoing gynecological operation. Methods:A total of 99 patients who were confirmed with benign diseases(except endometriosis) by gynecological operation were selected as control group, and 95 patients with endometriosis were selected as case group, the patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed retrospectively, and 17 related factors were analyzed by univariate unconditional logistic regression analysis and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis. Results:The times of pregnancy and delivery, the times of artificial abortion, body mass index, occupation, blood type, contraceptive measures, and primary dysmenorrhea were the single factors related to the occurrence of endometriosis(P0.05).Five factors including the final profession(OR=2.52,95%CI: 1.28~4.94),blood type(OR=2.46,95%CI: 1.13~5.36),the times of pregnancy(OR=0.78,95%CI: 0.65~0.93),history of cesarean section(OR=2.39,95%CI: 1.07~5.38),and primary dysmenorrhea entered multivariate regression model(P0.05). Conclusion:Engaging in brainwork,A blood type, history of cesarean section, and primary dysmenorrhea are the main risk factors of endometriosis confirmed by gynecological operation, while the times of pregnancy is a protective factor.
