Abstract

Objective:To investigate the Influencing factor of endometriosis on IVF-ET.Methods:68 patients with endometriosis underwent 75 cycles of IVF-ET.The control group with tubal-factor infertility is consisted of 100 cycles in 100 patients. These groups were retrospectively analyzed regarding COH,embryo development, implantation and pregnancy outcomes. Results:The number of oocytes retrieved, the embryo frozen rate and the pregnancy rate of frozen embryo in the endometriosis group were significant smaller than those in the control group(P0.01).While there was no significant difference in the fertilization rate, the cleavage rate, the good embryo rate, the implantation rate, and the pregnancy rate between the two groups. Conclusion:Women with endometriosis presents a poor ovarian response to control ovarian hyperstimulation and poorer quality in the oocytes and embryos compared with the control group. As a result, the thawed embryo recovering rate and cumulative pregnancy rate decreased.
