Review of Researches on Stem Cells and Endometriosis

The incidence of endometriosis(EMT) of women is 10%～15%.The pain of basin,infertility and easy recurrence seriously affects women physical and mental health and the quality of life.The occurrence mechanism is related with many factors.In recent years,researches show that there are stem cells in the endometrium,thus it is speculated that abnormal polarization and proliferation are important mechanisms of the occurrence of endometriosis.This theory has opened up a new idea to the mechanisms and clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis.
