Effect of serum CA125, CA199 of endometriosis treated by operation combined with drug

Objective To observe the treatment effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone in endometrio sis and to study the treatment of patients with serum CA125,CA199.Methods A retrospective analysis of endometriosis in 72 cases in the author’s hospital from January 2010 to January 2012,all the patients were treated by laparo scopic surgery.The treatment group of 38 cases treated by gestrinone after operation,the observation group did not use drugs.Results After 1 year,the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).In 35 patients with infertility and fertility requirements of patients,a total of 20 cases of pregnancy.The pregnancy rate of treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Treatment of 3 months and 6 months later,two groups of CA125,CA199 levels were decreased,the treatment group decreased significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone in the treatment of en dometriosis is curative,can effectively improve the pregnancy rate,reduce the relapse rate,and less adverse reactions.
