Study of laparoscopic perioperative changes of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with endometriosis

Objective To investigate the changes of perioperative T lymphocyte subsets of patients with endometriosis in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods Fifty patients with uterine endometriosis treated in our hospital from September 2010 to November 2012 were given laparoscopic treatment.The peripheral venous blood of the patients was extracted before treatment and 3 days after treatment and the changes of CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 were detected.Results The CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 of the 50 patients showed no statistically significant differences between before treatment and 3 days after treatment(P 0.05).Conclusion The perioperative T lymphocyte subsets of the endometriosis patients receiving laparoscopic treatment do not change significantly.
