Effect of preoperative mental intervention for anxiety emotion and quality of life in patients with different panhysterectomy

Objective:To study the effect of mental intervention for anxiety emotion and quality of life in different panhysterectomy,in order to figure out the effective mental intervention.Methods:160 women who will receive panhysterectomy scoring more than 40 based on particular questionnaires in clinic,were divided into four groups,per vagina hysterectomy group,abdominal hysterectomy group,experiment group and control group at random.Each of groups has 40 members.Experiment group accepted mental intervention.Results:In experiment group,the disorder of anxiety and depress were significantly lower than those in control group(P0.01).The differences of two group were most largest,anxiety were most in preoperative maximum,depress were most in post operation.Each index in per vagina hysterectomy group was approximated with that in abdominal hysterectomy group.Each index in experiment group were significant difference to that in control group.Conclusion:Anxiety and vital quality of women who endure panhysterectomy could be improved by effective mental intervention.
