Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided puncture injection with absolute alcohol or Xiaozhiling in the treatment of ovarian endometrial cyst(OEC).Methods:A total of 76 patients with 86 cysts were included in our study.Endometrial cysts(EC) were divided into Group A1 or Group B1 according to the different nature of hydatid fluid.Ovarian cysts of one single room(OC) were randomly divided into Group A2 or Group B2.Group A1 and B1 were injected into absolute alcohol guided by ultrasound, while Group A2 and B2 were injected into Xiaozhiling. Then summarize curative rate and adverse reaction rate of different groups. Results:Curative rate of EC were 27 of 32 cysts(84.38%) in Group A1 and 17 of 20 cysts(85.00%) in Group B1,respectively.Curative rate of OC in Group A2 and B2 were both 100%.In the 76 patients there were 9 cases initially presenting with infertility, and 2 cases successfully became pregnant after treatment.Adverse reaction rate were 81.25%(26/32) in Group A1 and 45.00%(9/20) in Group B1,respectively.Conclusions:The ultrasound-guided puncture injection with Xiaozhiling was efficient, feasible, safe, economical method in the treatment of OEC.
