Analysis of the factors between tubal pregency and artificial abortion

Objective To explore the related factors between tubal and artificial abortion.Methods Three huandred and eight tubal pregency patients who were treated by laparoscopy,They were divided into two groups as following:187cases with artificial abortion;121cases without artificial abortion.According to the severity of pelvic adheasion,scope of adhesive,the rectum nest closed?tubal with the surrounding tissues adheasive?or latching?Results There was much higher percentage of patients who with artificial abortion in severe adheasion group than that in the control group;There was much higher percentage in groups who had pelvic inflammatory disease trhan the control;There was high rates of endomitriosis in the group of artificial abortion;The control groups had more operations,intrauterine device,and abnormal oviducts.Conclusion The patients who performed artificial abortion operations with pelvic adhesion,pelvic inflammatory disease and endometriosis of tubal,could be important factors of tubal pregency,and the incidence of those diseases is correlated with the severity of pelvic abhesion.
