Abstract

Cytokines concentration (IL-1 ], TNF \, IL-4, IL-10, TGF \, TGF ]1) and lymphocyte-platelet adhesion (LPA) was examined at 40 patients with open fractures of long tubular bones. It was established, that in patients with uncomplicated current of trauma the concentrations of all cytokines increased. At the 10th days after trauma the IL-1 ], TNF \, IL-4, IL-10 concentration decreased, but TGF and TGF ]1 levels remain invariable. In group of patients with complicated current of fractures at entering level IL-1 ] has increased 1,3 fold, TNF 2,3 fold, and TGF ]1 in decrease 2,1 fold. At patients with uncomplicated and complicated current of open fractures in the first days of trauma the ability of lymphocytes to interact with platelets increased. In 5th days in patients of L group and 10th days in patient of IInd group after operative treatment the lymphocyte platelet adhesion decreased.
